very amiable staff, they smile all the time. make sure you stay in the suite with coffee as well as an exceptional view.

I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning Duomo Center view from my clean and modern room at The Glamore. The location in the heart of the city was unbeatable, allowing me to easily explore all that Milan has to offer. Despite a minor issue with a strange smell in the room, the staff promptly addressed it and offered me another room. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for its amazing view and convenient location.

During my Easter stay, I had a fantastic time at this hotel. One of the best aspects was the friendly staff who made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. the rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds that ensured a great night's sleep. What I enjoyed most was the stunning view from the room, which made our stay so memorable. the convenient location also made it easy to explore the city's top attractions.

Despite the enjoyable experience, there were a few minor downsides to the hotel. the breakfast choices were limited, and some of the food options were overpriced.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great view of the famous cathedral and beautiful terrace to relax with a drink. The location was ideal for exploring the city's attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly.

The hotel felt outdated, the furnishings were worn out and the room was smaller than expected. The noise from the street made it difficult to sleep at night.

This hotel offers beautiful views of the surroundings which you can enjoy from your balcony. the breakfast provided is delicious and you can choose to enjoy it indoors or on the terrace if the weather is favorable. the rooms are spacious and come equipped with coffee machines and modernized bathrooms.

The staff is not as friendly as one would expect from a luxury hotel.

This hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities. the room was spacious, elegant and comfortable, with soft bedding and high-quality toiletries. the private facilities were extraordinary, especially the massage service, that was indulgent and relaxing.

The only minor issue was the noise level in the bar/lounge area, which could be heard slightly in the room. this did not affect our overall experience and the pleasant staff were always on hand to help.
